  Good luck Ronda! I’ll be watching you from Tokyo, where lots of judo will be on TV–particularly the Japanese competitors’ fights, so make sure you beat them–preferably in the final, so we’ll get to see the whole thing!! Kick butt, girl! Ganbatte!

  Your on your way today and I wonder how long it took for you arrive in Beijing, China? Enjoy every minute and become a champion Rhonda.

  I remember visiting Jimmy Pedro’s dojo in his touching anouncement to his class back in Nov 03 and I was sitting on the mat while Jimmy anounced that he would be going to Japan to train for the Olympics. It was a touching speech and I was fortunate to have been visiting and training at his Dojo.

  This is what he passed on, If you want to be a Champion you have to train like a Champion”
